The structural scheme of the building
All structures of EXERGY frame buildings are made of bent galvanized profiles C-shaped and Σ-shaped sections, 150-400 mm high, 0.8 to 4.0 mm thick.
The connection of columns, beams, girders and ties is bolted using shaped elements. Tightening at the ceiling level ensures geometric immutability and reduces roof deformations. The patented tightening design ensures reliability and ease of operation of the building — there is no need to maintain tensioning devices, because in this design, pre-tension in the tightening is created during installation.
